You should be able to financially survive in the case of damage to or total loss of your assets. These assets include your business, car, residence, home contents, specified items, computer equipment, clothes, jewellery, linen, curtains etc.

Your total contentsmust be insured for its replacement value, meaning the cost to replace all at today’s cost.

Your residence (building, outbuildings, granny flat and all improvements on the stand) must be insured for it’s replacement value meaning the cost to replace all at today’s cost. Improvements include fence, gates, gate motor, garage motor, pool motor and filtration, swimming pool, paving, back-up power system (panels, inverter, batteries) gas geyser, water tanks etc. This replacement value also includes the cost of alternative accommodation should your dwelling becomes not habitable due to say a fire.

It is important to have insurance with a trusted insurer having a good reputation for payment of valid claims.

The lowest premium might not be in your best interest :

  • “If you pay less, you get less”
  • “The devil is in the detail and in the lowest premium”
  • “The bitterness of low quality remains long after the sweetness of low premiums is forgotten”

Our purpose is to satisfy you with value for your money and peace of mind instead of the lowest premium.
